In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant to mlb77 on a continuing basis that:

• All information you provide during registration and during any subsequent KYC process is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• All funds deposited into your Wallet are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of criminal activity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, nor are you using any technology (including VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services) to circumvent geographic access restrictions.

mlb77 reserves the right to conduct periodic eligibility checks and to request supporting documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or closure of your Account and withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.

mlb77 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any Wager placed, or withdrawal initiated, using your correct login credentials will be treated as having been placed or initiated by you, unless you have previously notified mlb77 of a suspected breach of security.

mlb77 is committed to maintaining the integrity of its platform and the security of all Members. As part of this commitment, mlb77 operates a comprehensive KYC programme. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any of the following stages:

All deposited funds must be from a payment instrument registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

mlb77 does not charge administrative fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside mlb77's control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment instrument used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard. The following processing time targets apply, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any active compliance review:

mlb77 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP Programme tier rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Each bonus offer is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by Members who have met the eligibility criteria stated in the specific offer (which may include minimum deposit amounts, registration within a specified period, or active membership of a specific VIP tier).
• Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money Wallet funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying wagers before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

The following additional conditions apply to wagering requirements:

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are specified in each individual offer's terms and are also available from the support team on request.

• Maximum Wager restrictions apply while Bonus Funds remain active. Placing single Wagers in excess of the maximum Wager limit (as stated in the individual offer) may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

mlb77 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify patterns of behaviour consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering across multiple Accounts to exploit promotional terms; use of low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine engagement with platform content; and exploitation of technical errors or misconfigured promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, mlb77 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Member's Account without prior notice.

All Wagers placed on mlb77 are final and irrevocable once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify that all details of a Wager — including stake amount, selection, market, and applicable odds — are correct before confirming. mlb77 will not reverse a confirmed Wager on the grounds that you made an error in entering the bet, unless the Wager was accepted as a result of a technical malfunction or a demonstrably incorrect price.

mlb77 operates Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all virtual casino games. These systems are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to verify statistical fairness and compliance with published RTP parameters. Results generated by the RNG are final.

For live sports betting and mix parlay (Indonesian-style multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, settled results are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting authority. In the case of disputes regarding settlement, the decision of mlb77's trading team — made in good faith based on the best available information — shall be final and binding.

mlb77 reserves the right to void any Wager, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• The Wager was accepted at a price that was manifestly incorrect as a result of a technical or human error.
• The event on which the Wager was placed was cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or abandoned.
• The Wager was placed in a manner that exploited a known software vulnerability or technical fault.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements mandate the voiding of the Wager.

In the event of a voided Wager, the original stake will be returned to your Wallet. No additional compensation will be payable in respect of a voided Wager.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. mlb77 may take immediate action — including Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities — upon detecting any of the following:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or during the course of account management.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.

• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or pricing errors to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in respect of deposits made to the Platform.
• Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using technical means (including VPNs or proxies) to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that mlb77 reasonably determines to be harmful, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable toward mlb77 staff or other Members.

All content on the mlb77 Platform — including but not limited to the mlb77 brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, software, databases, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and game content — is the exclusive property of mlb77 or its duly licensed content partners (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mlb77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Wallet in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall mlb77 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of substitute services, even if mlb77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude mlb77's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by mlb77's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by mlb77; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

mlb77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure event. In the event of a Force Majeure event, mlb77 will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected Members and to restore normal service as promptly as practicable. Pending Wagers affected by a Force Majeure event will be handled in accordance with Clause 6.2 (Void Bets and Technical Errors).

You may close your Account at any time by contacting mlb77 customer support at [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, mlb77 will process any eligible outstanding withdrawal of your real-money Wallet balance within the standard processing timeframes set out in Clause 4.3, subject to the completion of any pending KYC verification requirements. Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

• mlb77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7.
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within the period requested by mlb77.
• The Member has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in respect of a deposit.
• Continued operation of the Account would, in mlb77's reasonable determination, expose mlb77 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Member is found to be a minor (under 21 years of age).

Upon closure for cause, mlb77 may withhold the Wallet balance pending investigation. Where investigation concludes that no wrongdoing has occurred, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the Member. Where wrongdoing is established, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part and, where appropriate, referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mlb77 holds its primary gaming licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms & Conditions if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, VIP Programme terms, and any individual bonus or promotion terms incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and mlb77 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
